This sheet will store your leads and receive AI-generated messages.

How to do it:

1. Go to https://sheets.google.com

2. Click Blank Spreadsheet

3. Rename the sheet at the top: ColdLeads

4. In row 1, enter the headers exactly:

   Name | Company | Message
   

5. In rows 2+, fill dummy leads like:

   John Smith | Apple |
   Sara Chen  | Stripe |
   

6. Make sure the Message column is fully empty (no spaces)
